I'm a little OCD about useless things that I didn't install. I've located the "samples" file folder but can't find a delete option. Anyone know how to clean out sample pictures, sample videos, and sample music? Thanks.

It's not hard. There's other threads on this. Download BBSAK (BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife) and use it to remove the COD files. Search the crackberry.com forums for "deleting samples" or "bbsak" and you"ll find the links and instructions.

So there's no way to do it without a third party app? That's what I was asking.

You can also go to beryrcoder.com and download maxmem. It can get rid of preloaded pics, vids, music, and even ringtones I think. Also VAD and some other stuff. Once it does its job just uninstall it.
