    Morning all.

    I've had my bold for almost a year with no problems but recently it's not picking up email any more. I can browse / use maps but email? Nah.

    When I go to options then my email folder (where I keep the details of my email accounts - not where I keep my actual messages!) it's empty now and when I go to Menu | Setup | Setup wizard | Email setup the only option I get is:

    I want to use a work email account with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server

    The option to add an email account isn't there.

    Sorry if I've got this all backwards but has anyone any suggestions on how I can get my email working!

    Sounds like you need to resend your service books. I am unfortunately not familiar with BES so that's the best I can do

    Service books have been well and truely sent (why does support never believe you when you say that's been done as well as remove battery, etc and get you to do it again). Also, I don't actually want BES - just to be able to use my ordinary, bog standard pop3 account.
