    Hey, Im new here and Im getting very frustrated with having to look up what is wrong with my blackberry bold every 5 minutes.

    I currently had an email attached to my blackberry for work purposes and have just recently changed the email address.

    I then went to test to make sure the email was working and its still sending out emails im creating under the old email address not the new one.

    What have i done wrong?

    Have a look in your BIS account at the settings in there.. I'm sure theres a From address in there.

    From your post, I assume the address was changed on the account, rather than being given a whole new email account ?

    edit: just looked at mine and there is an "email account name" and "Reply to" address that may need changing.
