Can't figure this one out myself so I am enlisting help. I have 3 email accounts and would like a different alert for each. This has always been possible in the past. I recently upgraded OS to .237 and now I can only have one alert tone. Which ever tone I place on any of my email accounts, it automatically switches the other 2 to the same tone. I have reset the phone, uninstalled BB Alerts and reinstalled. It is the only app I have running that I would think would interfere. I have polled the OS Beta thread and no one else has this problem. I am thinking I may have set permissions for something incorrectly and forgot about it. Anyway, has anyone else ever experienced this and can pass along a solution. TIA.
