My crackberry keypad is stuck so i can only put numbers in, so I cannot enter my password, PIN, or now, PUK code because they contain letters. I connected to the computer and entered code that way, but when I unplug it, it is still stuck!! I didnt drop it or anything, it just did this over night!! Please help me!!

yey it got fixed!!! i put the PUK code in and just reset the pin number and then it let me enter letters
random!!!

If the OS version is old, likely buggy, maybe a newer version of OS 5 might resolve this random occurrance if it happens again

Please go ahead and upgrade the OS on the device to the latest that comes up on the desktop manager. This should ensure that the problem does not come back again.
