    I have a Bold 9650 that I had unlocked from Verizon. I called TMobile and they cannot find the configuration settings for my internet to work. Can anyone help me with this? Customer Service said it should be a code that I enter. She also said it is known as dotac settings. ANy help is appreciated. I am clueless!

    Sounds like you need to call TMobile back and have them provision your device properly for BIS data. There shouldn't be any codes for you to enter to make it work.

    If your Blackberry is unlocked and working with your GSM sim card for calls and SMS then you need to update the service book and get the BIS account set right (ask T-Mobile like trucky have posted) it should fix this issue.
