hi i have an error i really need to fix now :/
it loads up with the blackberry loading screen then it says
error 102
reload software
visit the website
Installing Device Software

i went on the website downloaded the desktop software
and i connected my phone to the computer and it says it cannot communicate
with the connected devise
and it wont let me do a update either

please help

This just happened to my Torch 9850 out of nowhere. . Just did BBSAK and loading OS. Was wanting to try a leak, but didnt want to as the phone was working fine. Good time to try it now i guess lol
