help! ACE email viewer

Hello all
Been neglecting my ! As of late so today went to make some
Upgrades... Downloaded the trial of ACE html
Email viewer, now my emails open real slow then
When they do open there is just a big ble box..
No text NOTHing!

Anyone
A) know how to fix this ( I tried to email them but
They seem to have a character maximum so cannot
Even explain the problem.)
B) recommend another html email opener?

Any help would be appreciated.
