I just got 2 Blackberry bold 9900 and 1 has the music store Amazon MP3 fully functional and then i opened the other 9900 there is not a Music store on it? but its installed on it but cant find it anywhere? Does any one know how to fix it? Thank you.

Just type the name of the app into universal search, even if it is hidden, it should still show up.

You can always hit Roger's website and download/install their official OS for your handset. It should come with it.
Call Rogers and ask them for an OTA link. They may have one on their site.
