Is there a way of setting one text alert message for all of my contacts? I have changed this in profile management but all of my contacts still are set to the factory setting ringtone? Surely i don't have to go into each contact and change it individually?
You only need to set one tone, and it will work for all of your contacts.
Is your chosen ringtone saved on your memory card? And are you currently connected to your PC, with Mass Storage mode enabled? If so, then your phone can't access the memory card so will revert to the default ringtone until you disconnect.
