i was listening to music on my bold and i wanted to plug in an external speaker to have it at my desk when i go to plug it in it continues to play on the device like if i didn't even plug anything into it this used to happen with my 9630 i would move the plug around and push it in slowly but none of that seems to work on this anyone have this prob?
I just tested my new bold and it worked. Plugged in headphones (a set I got from Verizon for my 8830, and used with the Tour and now Bold). Music in headphones. Unplugged, back to device.
But thank you for reminding me to check that out and make sure it was working. I tested speaker phone and bluetooth ICON the other day but not wired phones.
What headphones are you using? If 3rd party, they may be a mismatch.
