if u jus press the "K" jus one tap its locks the phone, i found this out last night, ive had the OS for sometimes but i was jus curious if any of the shortcuts changed, i hate holding the lock buttin on top or holding the "A/*" to lock it =] totally awesome =]

no it doesnt. when I press k, it brings me to my phone book showing all the "k" contacts.

You need to turn off Dial from Homescreen Option.

I can still lokc by holding letter A even though I have dial from home screen option on...

You have to assign it in ur speed dial option

I think (not positive) that this is correct. I know it didn't work in one of my previous versions of 5.0

On .610 holding down the A key will lock it, tapping the K key does nothing.

yea i i think its only on .681 i prefer jus the tap K lol effff the A and the mute button
