If you know legacy devices (such as 9900) well enough, and an experienced BB user mostly for biz communications (such as email, text and phone, yes phone), you may want to choose the 9900, but for regular use, you might be more impressed by Q10. If you frequently use the phone more for contents consumption, such as browsing, streaming video or gaming etc, then Q10 is for you.

I have both phones. I never really had problems with my 9900 which I used from August 2011 to August this year when I replaced it with the Q10. The Q10 is super fast, but it does not have some features which I love on my 9900. But I will never go back to 9900 unless my Q10 stopped working. Also, the Q10's OS is being updated every now and then so its functionality is improved.

Go for the Q10 if you can; otherwise, the 9900 would still be a good choice.

Same situation here and i agree. 10.2 cemented my preference for the q10. It did take me some time to get used to the Q10, but now i believe i am faster at performing all tasks except initiating a phone call. I think that takes an extra second or two on the Q10.

I have a 2nd thought. My previous comment was based on my brief experience with Q10 at launch, but returned it quickly. I did not feel that Q10 was at a prime time yet (even with 10.2). So, I am still watching how BB10 might develop (or die :-).

However, the fact that you ask this question indicates to me that you are much better off with the Q10. I am certain.
