seeing as the 9630 and 9650 are essentially the same device, i would assume that they are interchangeable, but i mean that's just common sense--try it out. my experience is that ALL programs besides 95xx devices are cross compatible between devices maybe not optimal, but definitely work.

I was thinking the same thing but didn't want to pay for it and it not work.
