Google Maps not working

Hello all,
I received a replacement 9780 yesterday, tried to install google maps as I have before (via m.google.com) however 4.5.3 is not working. It is loading google maps, allowing me to pan around the map, BUT when I load the menu it only has cancel and switch application.

Does anyone have a fix?
