GOing to .282 from Rogers quick question

Ok last week I went to .266, I deleted the vendor files and all. Now if I want to go to .282 is there something else I need to delete? Or I just download OS and install?

A vendor.xml file is created everytime an OS is installed to a PC. So yes, you would need to delete the file, unless the OS you are installing is from the carrier that the device is assigned to.
