Go online to costco.com and they have the "costco att store" Under this link a new bold is 149$ and includes a car charger and bluetooth headset. Hope this helps anyone thinking of buying it.
Got my original Bold at Costco. Included was a charger, headphones and a second case. Also received a 15% discount on my monthly bill and they waived the $56 activation fee, which AT&T told me was impossible for them to do. And the service and follow up was great!

Costco has some good deals for cell phones. Here in Canada last week they had a deal get a blackberry bold for $125 with a 3 year voice and data contract if you buy a OEM skin. So comes to around $136. Pretty good deal for us Canadians.
