Hello, I'm a new member so forgive me if this thread has been dealt with already. My Bold continues to shut down randomly with most of my settings being totally reset. What's the solution for this guys? I've heard it was a defect in the firmware for these devices.
Defective Firmware... solution, either reload the OS, OR upgrade your OS... first, backup your settings and data with Desktop Manager.... then use the Upgrade using AppLoader link in my signature below.
