Is hapens because of the memory being used at one time! If u gt multiple app open thn it will just freeze for a minute whilst it frees up memory or even sumtimes restart itself, just make sure u close ur apps and also delete any apps not being used as this will help in the long run!

I'm not even using any apps. I was just internet browsing, or texting.

I've had this happen, and, when I hold down the BB button to see the running tasks, there's the FaceBook app!!
It's done this a few times when I've closed out of it, but since it's designed to run in the background (Unseen) it has been popping up and taking over the system.
As soon as the Facebook App disappears from the list of running apps, the phone goes back to normal.
The thing is, its happened even when I've not been in Facebook since I last rebooted my phone!
Your third party software is bogging your phone. Turn that crap off unless you need it and expect it to hog resources and memory.
Remember how good your phone worked BEFORE you added all the crappy software?
