Does the Bold have "flight mode" when traveling by air? If so, how is it engaged so that one can access apps, movies or games on those long flights in the middle seat?

Thanks very much. One of the CB gods needs to develop a Flight Mode App.

With the leaps in technology, we have been dumbdowned and become dependent on automating things making us even more lazy and less productive. Maybe the next great BB will have this feature saving us the steps.

wouldn't really save you any time though, you'd still have to navigate to the "flight mode" app. That would take about the same amount of time as going to manage connections real quick.

Word. Sometimes when you are so busy, even the most minimal time savings add up.

Yeah okay, I'll call RIM and have them rename "Turn all connections off" to "Flight mode." It is the SAME thing. Flight mode is nothing but the phone on with ALL CONNECTIONS OFF.

    Okay, I'm better now.

Lol, it would probably take longer to open a 3rd party app and initiate "flight mode" than it would to just turn off the radio.

    You people crack me up.
