Exchange stopped working, any suggestion to fix?

Exchange always worked fine, I recently ran a factory re-set, normally when sync with BB protect it sets it back up. This time didn't work.

Have tried putting settings back in fresh, but it says un/password don't match or can't verify them.

Details are correct, exchange working on all other devices.

I had also updated software, so tried downgrading the OS from 7.1 to 7.0, made no difference.

Any suggestions?

I had the same problem yesterday and couldnt figure it out. I tinkered with the sync settings and kept resetting the hub and eventually it came back on, but it didnt seem related to anything I did...Sorry I couldnt be more helpful.

Thanks for response, been three weeks for me now. Tried in vain many times to enter details with no avail.

Just downgraded software as mentioned, might as well put the latest version back on again...

Turns out that it was an issue with the blackberry servers.

I am on Orange (UK) and they recently migrated my BB onto the new EE server which messed it up. Their support people re-set it al up for me.

Orange has been a disaster since they merged with T-mobile and became EE. Nothing but dropped calls, bad phone clarity, no signal for data or phone calls. Looking forwards to the end of my contract.
