take a look at the track pad.. on side of the track pad is down and the other is up u can feel it and kid of see it. again the left side of the track pad is poping out as the oter side is flush. i went to the store because it was bugging me out and i tried to get them to exchange it but all of them are like that even the ones on the display so talk about poor quality im about to swich back to the tour its gets me so mad how u can spend all that money on a phone and its not even built correctly

A friend of mine is on his 6th 9650 already due to this. After looking at the one at the store and one that an employee had, I believe they are all this way.

Its ok don't feel bad, I just called last night in fact for my 4th replacement. Trackpad has been getting looser and starting making this extra, loud click sound.

Mine is that way as all of them seem to be from what I've been hearing. To me it's not an issue and I don't even notice it. If it becomes a prob I would return it, but as long as it continues to work fine I'm o.k. with it. I don't even notice it when I'm using it. The warranty is for a year so......
The rest of it is awesome. I can overlook this minor detail.
