Ever since getting my new replacement Bold, when I try o do a back up I get a error message mid way thru the process. Any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it? Thaks for the help!!!

You need to clear your internet browser.

open BB browser
click BB button choose options
choose cache operations and select clear history

once completed, your backup should run ok

Delete all your large emails ... everything if you can.

Its normally browser related. Cache, bookmarks etc.
