    Hello all,

    I am new to the forums, but have one question about an error 403 that I am getting when trying to access Media Net and other web sites with my Bold. My carrier is AT&T and they can't seem to fix it. The CSR said that this problem occurs when people switch from an iPhone to a BB. And I apologize for the iPhone had it for three weeks after my 8830 broke and had to upgrade back to the BBB.

    Problem Solved. iPhone was still active, salesperson did not remove it from my account.

    I had a similar issue with Media Net. I called at&t and they simply removed my bis package and then added it back onto my account and I'm good to go. Not sure if that helps. Welcome back!!!

    I would say that jtweb's recommendation will work but you should not take a cop-out answer like the rep originally gave you. It is their network and need to fix your issue.

    Don't take the BS that the customer service reps try to feed you!
