I have just got my new BB 9000. It is configured to have all my company Enterprise email. I also configured to receive my personal Hotmail emails as well.
Good news is I receive both but bad news is they both show up in the same folder.
The "Messages" folder will receive all messages unless you have SMS separated. Other than that the personal and the company email will show in the same folder. I know there are third party apps available that will separate them but using whats included, no, there is no way to separate the messages folder email accounts.
I have the same issue. There is no way to have them go to different folders, but you can change the background colors of enterprise and regular messages so you can at least easily tell which is which. Under options->security settings->general settings is where you can do it.
