    I just got a new 9700 yesterday, I had a 9530 before. I did a device switch thing in Desktop Manager, and my old @bell.blackberry.net email showed up but it isn't letting me send or receive any emails. Is there a way to get it working?

    I have alot of important things that go to that email so its imperative that I get it going.

    I wasn't really sure where to post this so sorry if its in the wrong place, and I couldn't find my problem with a search!

    also you can try resending your service books if that doesnt fix it
