    Hello people

    I just have a little problem with my email setup i just want to know if i can sort it out myself before calling my service provider.

    Basically i have just been to europe and i was using a prepaid vodafone sim card with BIS and my emails were working fine. I have just come hom to Australia and put in my vodafone australian sim card and i go to email set up and it wants me as an exsisting user to input my user name and password. I figure this is the user and pass for my BIS account? as my email account passwork does not work.

    Do i have to call my provider for this? I have done some google searches and i found this https://bis.eu.blackberry.com/html it seems like a similar log in format to the email one.

    Yes, it is your BIS username and password.

    thread can be deleted all sorted now i called vodafone and they reactivated my email on the network.
