    G'day...first post so be gentle on me

    I'm a noob at all this and I'm having an email issue.

    I've had my bold for about five days...it was working fine and I last received an email on Saturday.

    Now I can send emails from my bold and they are received no problem but I don't seem to be receiving emails.

    Any thoughts?....I did download and install a few apps over the weekend (Worldmate, Viigo, Google Maps and Google Sync) but that shouldn't be an issue should it?

    First try a battery pull. With your phone on, remove the battery for 30 seconds, then put it back in.

    Thanks for your help....I did all you suggested and still no luck.

    The problem ended up being at my end....I use Thunderbird and under account settings the "keep messages on server" checkbox was unchecked.....check the box and hey presto it worked!
