I am only able to send 4 photos on this device but my droid could send twice as much is there any reason for this?

There's an attachment size limit on BBs, I think around 8mb.

I think the blackberry itself could handle as much if not more than a Droid.....
...As I understand it the issue IS the BB internet service.
...A chain is ONLY as strong as it's weakest link.

This is why you can open and read a pdf attachment of 4.5mb or larger on a Droid or an iphone...
...But you can't open and read one on a blackberry.

I experienced this first hand when I was the only one in a group of people who got the same email....
...And I was the ONLY one who couldn't open and look at the architectural plans PDF that was sent to all of us.
...I was the only one on a BB - the others were on Droids or iphones.

I guess you have to choose one or the other. I was just hoping with the new processor it would handel task better but I guessed wrong.

Yeah that's one thing I don't understand is why everyone says BB is superior when it comes to email. Actually BB has enough shortcomings imo with email!

BIS service is soon going to be updated to allow up to 10 mbs. So that should make it a lot more useful when that happens.
