Hello All! I'm a new Blackberry user, coming from a Windows phone. When I first set up my email accounts, (I have two), everything was right.. I backed up my Blackberry to remove an IT policy, and when I restored it one of my email accounts was put into my media folder. There is no option to "move to folder" to get it back into the All folder. I tried deleting the account and reinstalling it, but it installs into the media folder.. How can I get this email folder out of media and into all? Thanks!
Death, thanks for the reply. There isn't an option to "move to folder" in the menu. There is an option to "move," but it only lets me move the icon within the media folder...
