hello all i upgraded my blackberry bold 9650 OS to the newest version and all the email on it are no more working.I tried to create a new email with different account and it works.Please i need help in removing the email folders, how do i get it back working?

Did you resend the Service Books after you loaded the device OS?

How do I resend the service book? Is there any means to remove the email from the screen folder?

Log in to the Email Settings Application on the device.
Press the menu button.
Select Service Books.
Select Send Service Books.
