I searched this site and could find how to sync all email with one folder (i.e. messages folder)

However, I have 5 email accounts and I have 1 email account that I do NOT want in the messages folder.

Is it possible to do that?

Yes, this is possible.

Add all the email accounts you want to your device via BIS as usual.

Open your messages folder, options, inbox settings and you'll see all your email addresses. Untick the box next to the address you don't want appearing in the messages folder and then this email will appear only in it's own inbox.
