I'm not an expert but since no-one has responded... Try resending service books. And you might need to delete the service books for those accounts on your device. Post back if you need help doing that. Or you might first try a battery pull if you haven't done that.
ok. Deleted those emails successfully. Now, however, there is an email address that I it is on BIS but not showing on the Inbox management. How weird is this? Can somebody help me?
