    How is it possible that my inbox management is showing email accounts that are no longer on my BIS?

    I'm not an expert but since no-one has responded... Try resending service books. And you might need to delete the service books for those accounts on your device. Post back if you need help doing that. Or you might first try a battery pull if you haven't done that.

    thanks jbeachy. i have tried everything except for deleting the service books for those accounts. will try that next.

    ok. Deleted those emails successfully. Now, however, there is an email address that I it is on BIS but not showing on the Inbox management. How weird is this? Can somebody help me?

    Now try resending your service books. I think the account should reapppear.

    Or you may need to validate the account....go into your email settings on your BB
