    Hi guys, I just got a BB Bold 9650 and for some reason when I wipe the phone and go to set up the "add email accounts" option doesn't do anything when I click it.
    The only time it does something is when I turn all connections off and it tells me I need to turn on Wi-Fi or Mobile
    Please help, this is my first Blackberry Device and I'm already frustrated!

    ive had this problem too. what i did was contact verizon. a lot of the times the reps dont know what to do so specifically need to ask to be transferred over to a blackberry specialist. let them know that youd like to add an email account and they can definitely help. they will ask for the email address and password. just restart your phone after you get off the phone with them
