My bold 9700 has recently been dropping calls. it tends to happen when i am on a long (more than 5 minutes) call. The phone just goes blank. the person can hear me on the other side of the phone but i cant hear them, then it just disconnects.

ive done a battery pull with no help. the problem has been going on for like 3 weeks now and I dont know what to do.

I can't tell what OS you are on (on Crackberry mobile), but have tried a newer OS? My wife and I were having a lot of trouble with Tmobiles previous official release (.586, I think). Ever since upgrading to .714 things have been much better.

i was on 586 but just upgraded to 714 tonight. hopefully that does the trick. thanks for your help.
