Downgrading back to official ATT .167, safest way?

Hey guys,

I'm downgrading back to the offficial .167 ATT. What is the safest way to do this. Thru apploader? Will it reinstall the vendor file? (Dont mind if it does) When i download .167 do I have to load it thru DM or can i use the app loader process and do I have to delete the vendor file now?

There's no such thing as an UNsafe way to do it. The Apploader is probably the most reliable though. The vendor file will only be reinstalled if it's still on your computer in the OS you're going to install.

Why are you going back to that slow, unstable POS version of the device software, btw?

My best guess is warranty swap?

But upgrading the OS doesn't void the warranty.

Yes it does if it isn't an At&t approved OS. But either way doesn't seem like something they enforce
