Man are people really this picky. Do some of you people examine the unit with a micoscope when you get it?

I do. I actually had mine taped to the outer lens of the Hubble telescope and I sit around all day and watch live feeds of my blackberry. The only problem is that there is some kind of star nebulous bullsh*t that's occurring just to the upper left and behind the blackberry and it's creating a glare that is really distracting me from examining the minuscule peel in the upper corner of my screen protector. Any fixes for this?

Ok, thanks--that would explain the date. This is a 9650 forum and the thread is about the track pad on the 9650, so I assumed (notwithstanding your ID)...and was a bit confused.

Mine is just slightly slanted to the lower right corner, but certainly not enough to get my OCD on full-alert over. I'm just happy to have the Bold!

I was at my nearest VZW company store the other day for another purpose, and went over and looked at the three 9650 display devices available for touchie-feelie. All three exhibited the same trackpad "tilt" (higher on left) as shown in the pic above...and my own 9650 is the same, as well (got mine delivered via FedEx).

I was able to straighten out the trackpad as a whole by just twisting with my finger, but the tilt remains. Crap shoot it seems, to get it replaced. Annoying.
