DM 4.7 offered to update 9000 core applications

I don't have a BB firmware update installed on my PC, but today my DM offered to update the BB's 'core applications'. Showed .162 both before and after the 'upgrade'. Seemed to tidy up some language stuff too.

Anyone else seen this kind of 'hotfix' behaviour?

I see it with DM 4.6 and my Pearl 8130. DM always offers to update my core applicaitons, but it never does--tells me there is nothing to update.
