    what is the app dm and how do you back up your blackberry on it and where can i find it

    DM = Desktop Manager.

    You can download it here:
    https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...93E4F3BB068C22

    To backup your BB click on Backup/Restore and then Backup from there. Its pretty self-explanatory.

    Btw, you'll want DM version 4.6.
