I just made the move from a Curve 8300 to a Bold for ATT..When I plug my Bold into my pc I get the notification for blackberry smart phone and it connects to DM fine but I cant see it in Windows explorer. I thought it was a drive path issue so I went to disk management and it's not showing there either.. At this point I don't know what to do It shows my Curve when I connect but wont show the bold. And yes mass storage is enabled..Please Help..My specs are below:

Windows XP (SP3)
BB desktop Manager 4.7
Blackberry bold OS: v4.6.0.451

wow..The second part worked..What is the issue though? Why the curve is fine but not the Bold? Thanks for the help though..Appreciate it..

Certain actions cause the storage to become deactivated (debranding, refurb process, etc).
