So I had a Bold that I was going to buy fall through today and I have been spending all day looking for another. I don't know what kind of crack some of these people here are on charging 450 for "lightly scuffed" Bolds but I finally found one at a reasonable price. It is a Rogers branded Bold and its about 2-3 months old. I won't be using it on ATT so I am not concerned with not getting ATT services.
Anyway, the only advantage to this I see other than getting the phone is that it comes with the red keypad and I won't have to order it from cnn,cn. I plan on doing the black housing switch too.
So are there any disadvantages in getting a Rogers one? As always thanks and you guys rock.

No... AT&T has the biggest disadvantaged Bolds because they have disabled eScreens and removed the user friendly functionality of switching from 2G to 3G.
So yeah... I've heard tell that on Rogers Bolds they still have mantained that functionality. So if I were you, BUY the Rogers its a lot better.
I unfortunately have an AT&T one so I'm a little upset about that.

I'm glad you're enjoying your Rogers Bold! There isn't any disadvantages to owning a Rogers Bold vs. an AT&T Bold. I love the fact that Rogers didn't cripple us users from switching to 3G to 2G and vice versa. The only disadvantage is if you have Rogers as your service provider. And um, don't get me started.
