I received a refurbished 9900 and I have quickly noticed a few differences from software to hardware. I noticed that the trackpad and screen isn't overly sensitive as the original device. And the most important part, the screen seems to literally be sinked more into the phone, like if it has been pushed inward. This is GREAT because it minimizes accidental screen touch when using the trackpad. I am wayyyyyyy happier with this device, wasn't too happy before because the screen and trackpad were too close. Has anybody else noticed this?? I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I've found refurbs to often be better quality. Your previous screen was probably just lower than the call-end panel.
