I've been trying to set up the desktop software - I've tried 4.7 and 4.6 with (mostly) similar results.

The application loader does not work. No apps listed and nothing happens when I select one to add.

The sync (with outlook 2002) works (in the sense that it actually syncs the data) but the software hangs at the progress bar.

I'm using Windows XP pro.

The application loader works on a vista laptop (but no outlook to sync with - no option to sync to vista contacts and cal).

Any help much appreciated!
