I recently had Rogers send me a new bold under warranty and I am sending my old one back - its a brick at this point as far as I can tell. It has moments of power, but not much.
My question - I had PW protection and all the security stuff enabled. Will Rogers or RIM be able to view any of the contents of my dead Berry? I was able to power up to delete one file, but not them all.
