I get the D when im texting other Verizon users. Just not non-Verizon users

that is a setting in your SMS text option on the tour. Delivery report "ON" is what you're looking for.

It does give a delivery report for MMS to Sprint and AT&T as well.

Make sure after you go to: options - SMS Text - Delivery report: ON, make sure you hit the BlackBerry button and save your changes. I've changed things before and then later realized that I hadn't "saved" the changes.

Serving what purpose? I thought it looked like the BB symbol, but it's not the full symbol if that's the case. BB symbol is like 7 dots. Does it just mean connected to the BIS or something? I don't recall seeing it on my other BBs.

Okay, I'm going a little crazy over this, love this phone so much but I miss that "D" in texts! I save it set to "on" but I think when the QuickPull app resets my phone it goes back to off and its such a pain in the behind to turn it on everyday. Is anyone having this problem? I'm surprised its set to "off" as default..
