I recently came across this webpage on how to create custom icons for email. I wouldn't have thought twice about this, but when my yahoo pushed email icon showed up as a yahoo icon rather than the blackberry default icon, I was intrigued. I followed the instructions and couldn't seem to get this to work on my Bold.
Has anyone gotten something like this to work? I have been reading that the reason for gmail to not work may have something to do with the enhanced gmail plugin, but I'm not certain. Even so, I can't get this to change another custom email that I use for work.
To top it all off, now that I have tried this method, it seems that my Yahoo Icon is gone. I don't use any third party themes.
