Great forum! I updated my BB desktop manager today on my Mac to version 1.0.3 build 19.
Fortunately before doing this I backed up. Subsequently with the new manager a bunch of updates for my apps were available. I then updated.
This crashed well into it. My bb had a red light on that would not go out. I had to do a battery pull.
When I reboot it stops and I get a "Reload Software: 507" and thats it.
I am helpless. Please help if you can.

507 means no OS is detected.
By reloading the OS you will solve the probem.
DO NOT install any third party apps and themes until your phone is stable with the basic programs. Then, add a theme of app one at a time- a day or so between to assure stability.
