This is my first Blackberry and I imported my contacts from my SIM chip. Now they are listed by First Name then Last Name. How do I change the sort order to Last NAME first?
Go into your address book
click the blackberry key and scroll to Options
go into General Options
Under Views "First Name" should be highlighted, select it and it should give you options to change to Last Name
