What bugs me about copying contact numbers from sms or email is that the detail will always appear on the 'work' line.
highlight new number > menu > add to contacts
For me, most contacts i enter are 'mobile' numbers.
Is there a way to change this?
I recently discovered how to add an additional email line to contact details so i am hoping that there is a simple way to setup numbers to appear on the mobile line.
I tried anagram but it isn't good for this particular issue.
I've never personally used it, but there is an app in the crackberry store called Add To Contact that might do what you are asking and looks like there is a free trial.
How did you do what you were wanting to do once you've installed the application you recommend.
I too would like to do what you mention in your initial post but not sure what to do after I've installed the application?
After install
- Go to options (same place as themes etc)
- Select 'Berry Addon'
- Select 'Phone call'
- Check box - 'Prompt me to add call number to address book'
With this option selected you will get a smart menu at the end of any unknown calls.
