I purchased the BB Bold and tried to load the software onto my computer and the only problem is that the computer will not recognize it. Before you say update all the software I have its all good on my computer, I know this because I was able to hook up another bold and sync it fine. So I exchanged it and got a new Bold and it still will not connect. So I'm wondering if there's a setting in the phone that i need to look at changing in order for the phone to work with the computer.
Keep in mind my computer will detect my friends bold but not mine. The USB port on the device is good because it charges with the home charger, but does nothing when connected to the computer.
